It was declared by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

"I hope, all CIS countries to ratify the agreement quickly, and the free trade area since January, 1st of next year will begin to act, - Mykola Azarov has told. - Therefore in 2012, Ukraine will significantly increase the external economic turnover and will receive an additional increase in GDP at level as we expect, more than 2 %." This growth of GDP is peer to 30 billion UAH.
