OREANDA-NEWS. October 21, 2011. To select suppliers ARARATBANK OJSC organizes open tender with the aim to supply server equipment, reported the press-centre of ARARATBANK.

Those organizations that are willing to participate in the tender are free to submit tender applications at the head office located at 19 Pushkin St., Yerevan. Tender applications may be either handed in person on working days from 09.00 till 16.00 or sent through registered mail. Deadline for submitting tender applications is October 25, 2011, till 16:00. You can get information on tender terms and equipment specifications on ARARATBANK home page: www.araratbank.am. In case of any questions please apply to the IT Department on working days from 09.00 till 18.00 (Tel.: 547953).

Relevant agreement will be signed with а person(s) recognized as winner. List of required documents and the order of winner selection is set forth by the “Procedure of acquisition, revaluation of fixed and intangible assets, amortization calculation and service acquisition”. You can get acquainted with the procedure and get copies at the Bank’s head office every day from 09:00 till 16:00.

No codes shall be applied at the tender.

Participation fee is AMD 5,000 and shall be paid cash to the Bank’s cash desk or to the Bank account 103002101519.

Tender applications shall be opened on October 31, 2011 at 18:00 and applications shall be summed up on November 7, 2011 at 18:00.
