OREANDA-NEWS. October 21, 2011. The State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus in cooperation with the Republican Unitary Enterprise Beltelecom conducted the presentation ahead of the auction for the sale of the government’s share in the JLLC Mobile TeleSystems. The presentation was held in Minsk on October 12 in the Hotel Crowne Plaza Minsk, reported the press-centre of Beltelecom.

The government’s share of the Republic of Belarus in the authorized fund of the Belarusian-Russian operator Mobile TeleSystems is 51% and is under operating control of the national operator Beltelecom.

The auction for the sale of the government’s share in MTS, organized by the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus, is scheduled to be held on December 1, 2011. November 15 is the deadline for submitting applications for participation.
