OREANDA-NEWS. October 20, 2011. Dubai The budget has additionally received over 2 billion 855 million UAH. The budgetary revenue and expenditure of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine are fulfilled at 102.2 percent. This was declared by the Chairman of the State Tax Service of Ukraine Vitaliy Zakharchenko during a conference call.

"We are seeing a steady increase in income payments to the budget, and under our data this dynamics is improving every month. So, it is gathered more than 135 billion UAH to the general fund of the state budget. This is 1.6 times more than last year," it was noted by Vitaliy Zakharchenko.

As he said, in the Consolidated budget of Ukraine for January-September, it is paid over 193 billion 829 million UAH, from them in the state budget - 140 billion 174 million UAH, local budgets - over 53 billion 655 million UAH.

The budgetary resources for reimbursement of VAT are used in full. Thus, it is reimbursed more than 31 billion 880 million UAH of the VAT into accounts of taxpayers.

"Increase revenue has almost reached from all payments: income tax (1.6 times), value added tax (1.6 times), and rent payments (2.4 times). These successful financial results – are not the time for rest and relax, we should continue intensive work with high-quality and efficient administration of taxes and duties," the Chairman of STS of Ukraine Vitaliy Zakharchenko has underlined.
