OREANDA-NEWS. October 20, 2011. Sviaz-Bank offers corporate entities and individual entrepreneurs to open and maintain special paying agent accounts, bank paying agent (subagent) accounts, and service provider accounts, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The new service has been called for by changes in relevant laws. The National Payment System Law that has just come into force and amendments to the Individual Payments Law require bank paying agents (subagents), paying agents, and service providers to use special bank accounts that itemize an unambiguous list of authorized transactions.

A special account is opened upon presentation of a typical package of documents and an application on the Bank’s form.

Beginning October 30, 2011, a special account can be opened at the Corporate Rate of just 20rubles charged for account opening. The account is maintained at 200 rubles a month. Preferential rates apply to several other services as well. The special account rate is effective for one calendar year from the signing date of the relevant contract.
