OREANDA-NEWS. October 19, 2011. This September the Baku market of building materials got up by 1.73%.

Public organization "Property Market Participants" reports that prices rose by 18.8% versus early 2011 and by 23.1% against the 2010 same period.

The share of local building materials in the market grew by another 1.4% up to 51%. The monitoring was conducted on 38 items, 88 types of building materials, of which 14 types observed a rise in prices.
