OREANDA-NEWS. October 19, 2011. The National Metrology Center of the State Committee on Standardization, Metrology & Patents of Azerbaijan has signed a memorandum on mutual cooperation with the Physical & Technical Institute of Germany (PTB).

The Committee informs that in accord with the document the parties will compare the national standards and therefore will carry out comparison of existing national measurement standards of both sides. The sides also agreed on scientific and technical cooperation in the field of metrology, mutual exchange of information and experiences.

A similar document was signed in 2010 by the National Metrology Centre of Azerbaijan with Kazakhstan Institute of Metrology (KazinMetr).
