OREANDA-NEWS. October 19, 2011. The position of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine on the predictability of the agricultural market is a clear and deliberate. First of all, exports of agricultural products should be liberal, but under condition of absence of threats to national interests of Ukraine.

On the eve of this "round table" on the prospects for the grain sector "Mechanisms for effective cooperation between government and private business in the grain market" with participation of leading international institutions, about it were emphasized by the Minister of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine Mykola Prysyazhnyuk during a meeting with representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

"The world market conjuncture during the current year does not give grounds to impose restrictive measures on exports of grains and oilseeds. Production of wheat in the world during the 2011-2012 marketing year compared to last year will grow by 4.6%, barley - 7.4%, corn - by 4.8 %, sunflower - by 11.4 %," the Minister has reported.
