OREANDA-NEWS. October 19, 2011. The representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and the Ministry of Social Policy have taken part in a meeting with the authorized representatives of the Nationwide Action "Trade Unions against Poverty", which has taken place at the Communicative Centre of the Government.

Following the results, the Resolution of participants of the Nationwide Action with the requirements and suggestions to the President of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has been adopted and submitted to authorities’ representatives.

Certainly, the state policy for 2012 has a social focus and is directed on support of socially poor levels of population. Of course, the scheduled sizes of growth of social standards in Ukraine are not as great as we would like. However nevertheless, this is increasing for every citizen who needs support from the state.

In this case, you must take into account the real dynamics of budget revenues and economic growth. In turn, this suspension and the balance of the Government's decisions give the citizens of Ukraine confidence that their incomes will grow steadily and gradually, salaries and pensions to be paid in time and in full.

Recall that in the draft of the State Budget of Ukraine for the next year, it is included raising the minimum wage and a minimum salary for able-bodied persons by 14 %.

Noteworthy that the subsistence level that in 2012 will constitute the average amount to 1098.1 UAH, have been agreed with social partners.

Also in 2012, it will be provided establishment of the minimum wage and minimum old-age pension at the subsistence level for the respective categories of persons.

In addition, in calculating the draft budget are also considered into account the costs of:

- Provision of interqualification (interofficial) ratios in payment of workers by which official salaries are established at level of a minimum salary;

- Implementation of the Government decisions accepted in 2011, on payment of certain categories of employees of budgetary sphere (to establish allowances for years of service to certain categories of workers to social security institutions, payment to medical and pharmaceutical workers of the assistance on improvement by provision of annual holiday, saving the average wage for each place of work to medical and pharmaceutical workers of organizations of the health care, are directed for training).

It should be noted that increase of the levels of social standards would be further considering proposals of social partners and financial capabilities of the budget.
