OREANDA-NEWS. October 19, 2011. Chairman of the Government of Omsk region, Governor Leonid Polezhayev, Chairman of Legislative Assembly of Omsk Region Vladimir Varnavsky and representatives of regional government made working visit on the objects of federal project “PARK: Industrial-Agricultural Regional Clusters”, reported the press-centre of Titan.

The progress of PARK realization was reported by the head of the project, deputy of State Duma of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Mikhail Sutyaginsky, management of “Group of Companies “Titan” realizing the project on territory of the region: Director General of CJSC “Group of Companies “Titan” Anatoly Ageyev, Director General of public company “Omsky Kauchuk” Nikolai Komarov, Director General of “Titan-Agro” Yury Sutyaginsky etc. The purpose of the delegation’s visit was evaluation of construction progress of petrochemical and agro-industrial clusters’ objects which commissioning is planned for 2011-2012.

The first point in the course of the trip was the plant of public company “Omsky Kauchuk” where production of high-octane components reducing content of carbonic emission in exhaust fumes will soon be established. Capital refurbishment is being finished on the plant, and up to date major works in production workshops had already been finished. One had conducted control check of engineering infrastructure uniting one of the oldest enterprises of Omsk petrochemical branch and polypropylene plant which start-up will be held already in several weeks. Lively discussion was triggered by the topic of production unit of propane-propylene fraction partition. Its piping is performed with participation of high-altitude alpinists. This unit will be fully supplied with steam and electric power from proprietary thermal electric power plant of “Group of Companies “Titan” which has been supplying public company “Omsky Kauchuk”.

Mikhail Sutyaginsky noticed that the new enterprise along with other PARK objects was distinguished for high level of ecological compatibility. The brightest example of this will be absence of constantly burning flare for production wastes disposal.

The leaders of the region praised with satisfaction pace of PARK start-up objects construction including provender mill and first stage of meat packing plant – sanitary slaughterhouse – which are situated in Northern Industrial Area of Omsk along Krasnoyarsky highway. While on the territory of the future meat packing plant Leonid Polezhayev asked Gennady Furashev, CEO on Meat Production whether the object being built was not the silicon plant. Some people think that it’s the silicon plant. Gennadiy Nikolayevich assured that the new construction site of PARK is the first stage of meat packing plant which will be commissioned already in March of the next year.

The final part of the event was visit on pig breeding complex which is situated 40 km away from the area of petrochemical cluster – near the village of Petrovka of Omsk region. The governor was invited to see boar farm were 38 boars are kept. Director of pig breeding complex Vyacheslav Styopochkin informed that today pigs are weighing 110 kilograms and every day they add 800 grams on average. The animals which are on quarantine feel fine as the head of agro-industrial cluster Yury Sutyaginsky said. The animals are subject to all necessary treatment. Let us mention that the access into production premises is allowed only in accordance with strict sanitation norms. This is why all visitors changed into protective clothing before approaching the animals.

Summarizing the event the governor noticed with satisfaction that hopes he pins on the project already come true.

The project is realized on conditions of state-private partnership. The regional government undertook to supply project “PARK” with engineering infrastructure.
