OREANDA-NEWS. October 18, 2011. Maksim Aleksandrovich Tsitsilin was appointed Director of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company branch office in Ulyanovsk. Within his new capacity he will be responsible for the strategic development of the company’s Ulyanovsk branch.

Maksim Aleksandrovich was born in April 1983 in Ulyanovsk. In 2005 he graduated from the Information Systems and Technology Department of the Ulyanovsk State Technical University, field "Information Systems in the Economy". In 2010-2011 he received training within the Presidential Managers' Training Program.

Maksim Tsitsilin has been working in the insurance sector since 2007. Before 2010 he was the Head of Insurance and Credit Department in "Eleks-Polyus" group of companies (Ulyanovsk). Thereafter, in 2010-2011 he worked as the Head of Insurance Department in Rosgosstrakh LLC (Ulyanovsk). Since October 2011 he works as the Director of Ingosstrakh Insurance Company Branch Office in Ulyanovsk.
