airBaltic and Tez Tour Will Offer New Charter Flights
OREANDA-NEWS. October 17, 2011. Latvian national airline airBaltic and international tour operator Tez Tour will commence winter season charter flights to Hurghada and Sharm El-Sheikh (Egypt), as well as continuing flights to Tenerife (Canary Islands). From October 15 to April 28 2012, over 85 charter flights serving approximately 12 000 tourists will be carried out to the above destinations.
With the signing of a new partnership agreement, the close cooperation between two of the largest tourism industry leaders - airBaltic and Tez Tour – continues. This summer, airBaltic and Tez Tour already carried out over 105 trips to Turkey, Greece, as well as the Canary Islands, which is the furthest airBaltic destination, serving about 16 000 tourists.
It must be added that the partnership agreements on the execution of charter flights signed in 2011/ 2012 by airBaltic and Tez Tour are the largest among the Latvian tourism industry overall.

airBaltic and Tez Tour will offer economy class, business class and the special economy class premium seats on the charter flights. Passengers with special economy class premium tickets will have seats in the front rows of the airplane, receive meals and beverages during the flight, and be able to check in at a dedicated location at the Riga International Airport.
Flights to Egypt will take place every Tuesday and Saturday, and to the Canary Islands – on Saturday. The flights will be served by airBaltic aircraft: Boeing 737-300 and Boeing 757-200.
