Starting from October 13, 2011 quotation of the ordinary shares of ALROSA (RTS Board ticker alrs) will be resumed on RTS Board due to a state registration of the report on the results of issue of the ordinary shares (state registration number 1-03-40046-N as of August 25, 2011) that were placed by conversion after stock split. Number of ordinary shares after the conversion amounts to 7,364,965,630 units, their par value is RUB0.5.

RTS Board is a bulletin board for indicative quotation of securities (shares, bonds, investment funds) from both Russian and foreign issuers that have not been admitted to trading on OJSC "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange.

At the moment 1759 securities of 1251 companies are included in RTS Board.
