OREANDA-NEWS. October 14, 2011. Minister of Culture & Tourism Abulfas Garayev suggests use of the ancient faith Zoroastrianism as the basis for development of relationships in the area of tourism with India.

The Ministry informs that Garayev has received the Azerbaijani ambassador to India Ibrahim Hajiyev.

During the meeting the minister spoke about the participation of Indian travel companies in international tourism fair AITF-2011 in Baku and offered the use of the historical traditions of Zoroastrianism, which exist in both countries, to raise Indian tourists to Azerbaijan.
