Total realized fiscal revenue from Jan to Sept. this year reached 202.6 billion yuan in Anhui Province, increasing by 51.7 billion yuan from the same period last year, and which is almost equivalent to that collected for the whole year last year of 206.3 billion yuan.

The rapid rising of expenditure was a highlight in the first 9 months, as total realized spending volume stood at 215.2 billion yuan, up by 37.4 percent year-on-year, and 77.6 percent of which poured into livelihood-improvement projects. Spending on fields including education, social securities, job creations and affordable housing ranked on the top of expenditure list.

Two cities, Hefei and Wuhu, topped all 16 cities in terms of fiscal income by 47.4 billion and 22.4 billion yuan respectively.
