OREANDA-NEWS. October 13, 2011. The practice of bank lending on the security of bonds issued by the bank has been used for the first time in Azerbaijan.

Parabank informs that investors to purchase its bonds with state registration number AZ200300380 will get an opportunity to register a loan for 90% of the total amount of purchased bonds.

Sale of bonds of this issue started at the Baku Stock Exchange on 11 October. The total amount of placed bonds is 10 million manat (10,000 bonds with par value of 1,000 manat). Circulation period of bonds is 5 years and interest rate - 15% per annum. Interests will be paid quarterly, by 37.5 manat for each bond. Unikapital will be the placement underwriter.
