OREANDA-NEWS. On October 24, the International Monetary Fund mission will arrive in Ukraine. This was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov at a briefing after a visit to Kyiv-Sviatoshynsky district employment center of Kyiv region.

"The budget process is being held. October 24, the IMF mission arrives in Ukraine," Mykola.Azarov has noted.

The Prime Minister has emphasized that now the main task for the Government is normal conducting of budgetary process and ensure of financial stability. Given the situation in world financial markets, as he said, an important component of financial stability in Ukraine is continuing of negotiations with the IMF mission. Therefore, Mykola Azarov considers inappropriate change of the Minister of Finance, who is responsible for carrying out of the budgetary process and negotiations with the IMF mission.
