OREANDA-NEWS. October 13, 2011. Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, during a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, has set the task to the end of the year to significantly improve the trade balance. "We have an opportunity to increase foreign currency earnings and reduced its costs," he has assured.

According to Mykola Azarov, the additional revenue in the budget will be ensured the export of grain:"The Government decided to accommodate the farmers, given the high yield this year, and has taken all measures to facilitate the export of grain."

Moreover, Mykola Azarov has expressed belief that the next weeks the compromise with Russia on the price for gas would be found. "We will get a fair and reasonable price. That is, together with an energy-saving, we will cut down expenses of currency on gas import. And together with quite sufficient reserves of the National Bank of Ukraine - it is a guarantee of financial system stability, the national currency," the Head of Government has stressed.

In addition, the Prime Minister has reported that the Government together with the National Bank has developed the program to minimize impact on the economy of Ukraine of the world crisis phenomena.
