OREANDA-NEWS. October 13, 2011. Considering a lack of a long-term low-cost resource in the market of mortgage lending and magnification of an amount of requests from banks-partners, the State Mortgage Institution, since the third quarter of 2011, has resumed the active operations on provision of a financial resource to banks for issue of mortgage loans to citizens on favourable terms.

This was announced by the Chairman the SMI Victor Mirgorodsky at a briefing in the Government House.
