OREANDA-NEWS. October 12, 2011. In September 2011, Ukraine produced 9,796 vehicles, which is 6.4% more than in August and 37.6% more than in last year September.

Production of passenger cars in September as compared to August increased to 8,985 units (at 7.1%), as compared to August 2010 increased by 17 percent.
Production of commercial vehicles in September totaled 306 units (17.7% less than in August and 10% less than in September 2010).
Production of buses in September reached 505 units, exceeding the rates in August and last year September by 6.4% and 95% respectively.
During nine months of this year Ukraine produced 76,925 vehicles, which is 44% higher than in 2010. Among them:
Cars – 71,869 units
Commercial Vehicles – 2,484 units
Buses – 2,572 units.
