OREANDA-NEWS. October 12, 2011. JSB ‘Ukrgasbank’ has paid yield interest of series B registered interest bearing bonds of ‘Euro Leasing’ Ltd. for the 16th interest period in the amount of UAH 325 380.00, i.e. UAH 37.40 par value. The payment of yield interest was made by JSB ‘Ukrgasbank’ as a Paying Agent.

JSB ‘Ukrgasbank’ has arranged the issue and primary offering of series B bonds for the total amount of UAH 100 mln.

The funds are raised aimed to finance the core business activities of the Issuer. 100% of the raised funds will be directed to finance/refinance the purchase of cars to rent/lease.

The interest rate for the 5-8 interest periods is 18% p.a., for the 9-12 interest periods is 23% p.a., for the 13-16 interest periods is 15% p.a. and for the 17-20 interest periods is 15% p.a.

The bonds mature on April 2, 2015.
