OREANDA-NEWS. October 12, 2011. The Azerbaijan Ministry of Finance holds on publishing the provisions of the Bill on State Budget for 2012.

According to the Ministry, the Draft Law says that next year State Budget spending on defense will increase by 1.2% - from AZN 1.36 bn in 2011 up to AZN 1.38 bn.

They are estimated at USD 1.748 bn in accord with the predicted exchange rate (AZN 0.79 to the US dollar).

The Bill on State Budget is still under consideration of the President of Azerbaijan. It was suggested with revenue of AZN 16.436 bn and expenditures of AZN 16.98 bn. The budget deficit limit was recommended at the level of AZN 548 million.
