OREANDA-NEWS. October 12, 2011. Kazkommertsbank JSC hereby informs that the indulgence provided for ASIA AUTO JSC in connection with performance of the judgement made by the Dedicated Inter-District Economic Court of East-Kazakhstan oblast (DIDEC of EKO) related to repayment to the Bank of the debt on obligations in amount of 522,250,000 KZT and expenditure on payment of state charge in amount of 15,667,500 KZT expired, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Reportedly, according to decision of the appeal judicial committee of East-Kazakhstan oblast court dated 20/09/2010, ASIA AUTO JSC was provided with indulgence for implementation of the specified judgement for a period of 1 year, i.e. up to 20/09/2011.

In this connection, Kazkommertsbank JSC intends to proceed to enforcement of judgement of the DIDEC of EKO in the context of court enforcement action.
