Ukraine Develops Program of Human Resources Management
OREANDA-NEWS. October 12, 2011. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will develop the long-term program of human resources management. This was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov at a briefing after a visit to the Kyiv-Sviatoshynsky district employment center of Kyiv region.
"It is extremely important to learn to predict for 5-10-15 years, as, for example, in order to train a specialist it is need to 3-5 years. Therefore, the demand for specialists and professions should have a long-term forecast. This is a subject over which the government will work," Mykola Azarov has emphasized.
Thus, he has stressed that in order to prepare professionals who be needed to the economy in 10-15 years, already now we must create the appropriate framework, above all, the training.
The Head of Government has also noted that the system of employment centers in Ukraine is in good condition and can provide citizens with all necessary information about employment. At the same time Mykola Azarov has noted that employers together with the state should participate in training and retraining for a new profession of workers.
"We are convinced that the system of employment centers in our country is in good condition and can supply with the necessary information for employment of all those who would like to find a job. Also, it is necessary to conduct the active operation with employers. Our businesses should participate together with the state in preparation, retraining and training for a new profession of our human resources," Mykola Azarov has emphasized.
The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov has underlined that the Ukraine's economy is growing requires a lot of new specialists and consequently the Government the great attention will give on elimination of disparities in preparation of specialists which are necessary for economy. "It's no secret that we produce in large quantities is not those specialists who are necessary for our developing economy. And we are convinced of this by the example of the Kyiv-Sviatoshynsky employment center. The vacancies of jobs alone, but suggestions are others. This imbalance must be eliminated in the interests of the people themselves, as the economy needs right now are big, and we, in principle, could satisfy all requests of people at work," Mykola Azarov has noted.
The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov has visited the Kyiv-Sviatoshynsky district employment center of Kyiv region where has familiarized with operation of a hardware-software complex for youth vocational counseling "Live and work in Ukraine," he has acquainted sector of independent job search, and has familiarized with operation of registration-receiving sector and sector of the active support of the unemployed, where interviews by specialists of centre with the unemployed are conducted, matching of suitable work is performed, and also it is proposes a temporary employment on public works. Also the Prime Minister has taken part in a seminar for employers concerning the legalization of employment and wages.
