OREANDA-NEWS. October 12, 2011. Members of the IBC Mineral Resources Committee (MRC) discussed the draft of the Law "On introducing amendments and addenda to the Law of the KR "On Non-tax Payments." The Jogorku Kenesh Deputy Iskhak Pirmatov introduced a broad public discussion of the bill. Representatives of public organizations, NGOs and business associations have been invited for the discussion, reported the press-centre of IBC. 

The initiators of the law offer except taxes, fees, revenues, and the sanctions also to introduce deductions.

Deduction is a kind of payment established by the state. Without fail, subsoil users should make contributions to local infrastructure development and maintenance. Under the draft law, contributions to infrastructure development and maintenance of local importance should be collected monthly at a rate of two percent of revenues, excluding indirect taxes resulting from the sale of minerals.

The IBC Mineral Resources Committee proposed to conduct a roundtable to discuss the draft of the Law "On introducing amendments and addenda to the Law of the KR "On Non-tax Payments."
