OREANDA-NEWS. October 11, 2011. MAZ produced ecological standard Euro-4 equipment. Despite the seeming ordinariness — this is truly memorable event for Minsk Automobile Plant.

First two vehicles took the capital — LLC “Polimerindustriya”. September 20, 2011 three fifth-wheel trucks MAZ-5440V9-470-031 shipped to the city over Sozh, to Gomel Foreign Private Unitary Production and Commercial Enterprise “Steklograd”. Nowadays, 10 units of such equipment contracted, five have already been shipped, another five will arrive on the enterprises of the republic in the near future. The Directorate of the Plant decided that the first trucks of this level will be delivered to the Republic of Belarus, to properly verify their operation. Because this vehicles, fifth-wheel trucks, are not new production, but their new power trains (production of the Yaroslavl Motor Plant), ecological standard Euro-4 — a new word in MAZ vehicles.

Vehicles of such high ecological standard will carefully monitor and control by the service of MAZ, because the next year drop-side trucks, fifth-wheel trucks, tipper trucks — all of Euro-4 — in large quantities go to “work” outside the republic, in large quantities to brotherly Russia.
