Clients of commercial banks in Latvian highly approve of DnB Nord Bank's work thus securing its position as a leader in the most essential categories analyzed within the framework of the study 'Baltic Banking 2011' conducted by 'EPSI Rating', international independent research company, reported the press-centre of DnB NORD Bank.

DnB NORD Bank received the highest rating (74.1 points) in the Latvian business – large, medium, and small enterprises – segment. According to the authors of the study, in this area DnB NORD Bank is the top rated bank in Latvia and one of the leading across the Baltics.

DnB NORD Bank also received the highest rating (76.4 points) in the private person service area in Latvia. Moreover, DnB NORD Bank is a step ahead of its rivals as to how the population evaluates services and products offered by commercial banks.

 'EPSI Rating' is an international independent research company operating in about 20 European countries with national (sub-regional) organizations in the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Russia, Sweden, and the Ukraine.

The study 'Baltic Banking 2011' was conducted by 'EPSI Rating' in all three Baltic States and surveyed more than 5000 respondents.
