Ingosstrakh Insurance Company begins selling new property insurance products for physical persons – FreeDom Apartment and FreeDom Building, as well as introduced Express GO third-party liability insurance plan. These offerings are now available to the company’s clients in all regions of the Russian Federation.

FreeDom Apartment and FreeDom Building are out-of-the-box products with fixed policy conditions. They allow clients to select an insurance amount from a predefined range. The new offerings can provide insurance coverage for property without any prior inspection or additional written applications, just in few minutes. The policy amount is calculated by multiplying an insurance amount by a tariff according to the selected insurance option (the tariff is specified in the policy).  E.g. FeeDom out-of-the-box product the policy will cost RUB 6.000 per year or just RUB 17.00 per day for the insurance of furnishing, engineering equipment and movable property in the apartment for the amount of RUB 1 million.

Express GO policy provides for express insurance of the property owner’s third-party liability as fixed amounts. The product provides for insurance coverage options, including situations related to re-planning and refurnishing. The extended insurance coverage options may be included in the policy both collectively and separately.

In addition to the new products Ingosstrakh Insurance Company also offers Platinum, a well-established product for physical person insurance. It is a classic variant of the insurance coverage with inspection and evaluation of property, flexible insurance conditions and tariffs, ability to insure additional risks (e.g. insurance coverage of property and equipment against overvoltage, losses, loss of rent, coverage of landscape design and land plot from spillage etc).
