OREANDA-NEWS. October 10, 2011. Effective October 10, 2011 the quotation of ordinary and preferred shares of Kuznetsk Ferroalloys (RTS Board tickers – kfer and kferp respectively) will be resumed on RTS Board, due to a state registration of the reports on the results of the ordinary and preferred shares issues (state registration numbers 1-03-00065-A and 2-03-00065-A as of September 1, 2011) that were placed by conversion into shares of the same category (type) with a larger par value.  The new par value equals 60 rubles.

RTS Board is a bulletin board for indicative quotation of securities (shares, bonds, investment funds) from both Russian and foreign issuers that have not been admitted to trading on OJSC "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange.

At the moment 1759 securities of 1251 companies are included in RTS Board.
