OREANDA-NEWS. October 10, 2011. Unique service became available in ATMs of Ukrainian PrivatBank - cash withdrawals without a card. Henceforth, it is possible to receive cash from an ATM in the absence of a card just by ordering Available Money service making a call to the bank on a special short phone number.

This new PrivatBank's service will be of a particular use in the emergency situations: in case when a client needs cash urgently and his credit card is not on hand – left at home or lost. Available Money service also enables customers to send money to friends or relatives from anywhere in Ukraine, where any PrivatBank's ATM is installed.

If I were recently told by someone that an ATM dispenses cash without a card, I would have considered that a fantasy – said the PrivatBank's Chairman of the Board Alexander Dubilet. - Now, this fantasy has became a regular service in our ATMs, we have implemented the really amazing service, very demanded, transparent and user-friendly, but its outward simplicity is backed by meticulous developments and utmpost technologies.

Money without a card can be obtained in any ATM of the bank. To order the service a client should call the bank on a special short phone number 3700, proceed through verification and specify the amount of withdrawal. Then the client receives on his/her mobile phone SMS with a secret code to be entered in the ATM to withdraw the money. If the client sends money to friends or relatives, that code can just be passed to them, as in the case of usual money transfers.

The new Available Money service has several levels of security protection to minimize the risks of unauthorized access to the account. Besides, the amount of withdrawal is limited by reasonable limits and ATMs equipped with constantly working cameras.
