OREANDA-NEWS. October 10, 2011. Belarusian railway presents its transit potential to freight owners and lead transport companies on V International specialized exhibition “Transport and logistic – 2011”.

Nowadays Belarusian main line is open to all licensed EU transporters and is able to provide with cargo transit any country of the world, carry out different options of transportation including combined transport with different kind of traffic. In order to provide the whole complex of transport services on the border crossing of Belarusian-Polish frontier there is well-developed infrastructure for wide range of goods transshipment and also required quantity of modern techniques for cargo safety. Belarusian railway stand introduces presentation materials and information about its own technical, technological developments, transshipment capacity and tariff policy.

Collective exposition of the Belarusian railway presents the achievements of such enterprises as republican unitary enterprise “Gomel car-repair plant in honor of M.I. Kalinin”, forwarding enterprise “Gomelzeldortrans”, public corporation “Minsk car-repair plant”, public corporation “Gomel electromechanical plant”.

Structural Technical Center of the Belarusian railway presents application of new information technologies on the main line particularly automated system SAPOD that has allowed to raise the clearing-off quality and cargo transportation to the level of international standards and move to electronic circulation of documents while traffic organization.

State enterprise “Belintertrans – transport-logistics centre” – official representative of Belarusian railway also presents its capabilities on the exhibition.
