OREANDA-NEWS. October 10, 2011. Ukrainian enterprises are ready to join construction of oil and gas facilities in Greece. It has been stated by the President in the course of Ukrainian-Greek business-forum.

The President noted that Ukrainian enterprises have a huge experience in design, construction, maintenance and operation of transport and energy infrastructure.

President expressed his confidence that unfavourable economic situation in the world “should not slow down the development of bilateral cooperation” in such prospective spheres for Ukraine and Greece like shipbuilding, transport, energy, agricultural complex, tourism, investment cooperation, science and technology.

“In the course of negotiations with Greek authority we have reached understanding on the necessity of implementation of certain prospective projects in the spheres mentioned. We have agreed that our governments must ensure decent conditions for entrepreneurs of both countries to have an opportunity to successfully develop mutually beneficial trade and economic cooperation,” Viktor Yanukovych said.
