OREANDA-NEWS. October 7, 2011. Azerbaijani government has achieved stability of non-oil sector growth of the country economy.

Head of Economy and Finance-Credit Policy Department of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Shahin Sadikhov has reported that if the growth in oil sector occurs by leaps and bounds , permanent progressive rise is observed in non-oil sector.

"Our forecasts demonstrate that this tendency will be kept in medium-term prospect if we succeed in creating conditions for stable growth of non-oil economy",- Sh. Sadikhov said.

It already reflected development of non-oil export average rise of which in the last 10 years made 22% a year.

" Positive dynamics of non-oil sector is based on active import replacement and buildup of export potential",- Sadikhov said.
