OREANDA-NEWS. October 7, 2011. In spite of heat of seasonal construction in August prices at construction materials market in Baku fell by 0.68%.

Social organization " Property market participants " reports that since the start of the year prices increased by 16,7% and versus last year’s same term-by 20,1%.

Share of local construction materials has exceeded the share of import deliveries by 1,02%,increasing to 50,6%. The monitoring was conducted on 38 names and 88 kinds of construction materials.
