OREANDA-NEWS. October 7, 2011. Sviaz-Bank had an active part in the 25th Real Property 2011 specialized exhibition put on at the Central House of Artists on Krymsky Val Street between September 29 and October2, 2011.

Sviaz-Bank displayed its full line of modern mortgage products such as loans for the purchase of apartments already built and space in buildings still under construction.

Sviaz-Bank now has eight mortgage products on offer, including Own Housing, Housing to Whom We Trust, Housing for the Young, and Military Mortgage programs, at annual interest rates starting at a minimum 9.5% per annum in rubles.

Visitors to Sviaz-Bank’s display could learn in detail about lending terms, work out borrowing costs, amount of down payment, and monthly payments themselves, and be told about cut-rate lending programs for various borrower categories.
