OREANDA-NEWS. October 07, 2011. Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) informs that bonds KZ2C0Y07B307 (KZ2C00001055, KZIKb7; KZT1, KZT5.0 bn; October 1, 2004 - October 1, 2011, semi-annual coupon indexed at inflation rate, 8.70 % APR in the last coupon period; 30/360) of Mortgage Organization Kazakhstan Mortgage Company (Almaty) are removed from KASE official list due to the circulation term expiry, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The mentioned bonds were included into KASE official list as "A" category securities from November 26, 2004; from September 1, 2008 they were transferred into the first sub-category of KASE official list's Non-Rated Debt Securities category. From June 1, 2010 they were moved into KASE official list's Rated Debt Securities category. Trading in them opened on December 24, 2004.

During the bonds' circulation at KASE their yield to maturity for a buyer (on deals made by open trades methods) varied from 5.00 to 24.00 % APR.

In 2010, these bonds took on KASE the 169th position in the trading rating of corporate securities on made deals volumes (0.01 % from the corresponding market turnover) and the 136th position in a similar rating of corporate bonds (0.02 %).
