OREANDA-NEWS. October 07, 2011. In the course of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of PJSC “Kreditprombank” it was resolved to approve the results of the closed (private) placement of shares of the bank. In total 79 760 364 ordinary registered shares of non-documentary form of existence with nominal value of UAH 10 each were placed, reported the press-centre of Kreditprombank.

Total nominal value of the placed shares is UAH 797 603 640. Thus, the Charter capital of PJSC “Kreditprombank” will amount to more than UAH 2.6 bn.  At the same time, UAH 199 400 910 received at expense of the difference between the sales price and nominal value were accounted into additional capital of the bank.

After the increase of the Charter capital the allocation of voting shares among the shareholders of the bank will look as follows:

- the Company HOMERTRON TRADING LIMITED will own 23.5% of shares with nominal value of UAH 619 445 180;

- the Company KALOUMA HOLDINGS LIMITED will own 47.783% of shares with nominal value of UAH 1 259 530 420;

- the Company FINTEST HOLDING LIMITED will own 28.717% of shares with nominal value of UAH 756 962 740.

The shareholders of the Company KALOUMA HOLDINGS LIMITED are 28 foreign financial institutions, in particular, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

In the close future Kreditprombank intends to consider the issue of asset quality improvement through increase of provisions against credit risk at expense of the increased capital.
