It is understood that 13-year-old Hu Liehang was abandoned when he was a baby. He was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL) three months ago. The only way to cure him is to do bone marrow transplant. In order to save him and find the suitable marrow model, his foster parents had no alternative but to tell media his origin secret and hoped that they could find his biological parents, brothers or sisters with the help of media.

The story of Hu Liehang attracted wide social attention as soon as it was reported by media. GCL Guangdong Branch decided to set aside RMB 5000 yuan to his treatment account from GCL Love Welfare Fund. Meanwhile, Ms Shu Hua, General Manager of Guangdong Branch, donated RMB 1000 yuan individually.
