KazTransCom (Almaty, hereinafter- the company), securities of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has by an official letter notified KASE "of canceling the announcement placed in "Kazakhstanskaya Pravda" newspaper on September 24, 2011 regarding conducting a special general shareholders meeting on October 31, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., at bldg. 69/204a Radostovtsa/Dzhambul str., Almaty, 050009, Republic of Kazakhstan", reported the press-centre of KASE.
