OREANDA-NEWS. October 5, 2011. TMM Company has put into operation new buildings of its TMM-Yalta hotel complex (16 Lesi Ukrainky str.). The new complex of buildings with the total area of 2.8 thousand sq m comprises a 4-storeyed hotel building with a cafe and an administrative building. The construction works were carried out from 2007 till 2010. TMM acted as an investor and general contractor of the construction.

New buildings strengthen the internal infrastructure of the hotel complex, located in the center of Yalta. With the new buildings commissioned, the hotel complex now includes three hotel blocks for 55 rooms, a canteen, a café, a swimming pool, a sauna and engineering infrastructure objects. In 2011 the hotel hosted over 800 guests.

The next step in development of the TMM-Yalta territory is construction of a 9-storeyed premium-class apartment complex with the total area of 8,000 sq m. The project is currently held for development.
