OREANDA-NEWS. October 04, 2011. „Citadele Asset Management” IPAS (hereinafter – Company) hereby informs that in the Executive Board meeting was adopted the amendments to basic documents of investment funds under the management of Company, reported the press-centre of Citadele.

In open-end investment fund’s “Citadele Ukrainian Equity Fund”, open-end investment fund’s “Citadele Russian Equity Fund”, open-end investment fund’s “Citadele Caspian Sea Equity Fund”, open-end investment fund’s “Citadele Strategic Allocation Funds” prospectus, simplified prospectus and management regulations was actualized the information about provisions for tax payments, specifying the holding company and the custodian of calculating the amount of compensation arrangements, and made other editorial clarifications.

In the open-end investment fund “Citadele Ukrainian Equity Fund”, open-end investment fund “Citadele Russian Equity Fund” and open-end investment fund “Citadele Caspian Sea Equity Fund” which are under the Company’s management were made amendments to the investment committees - fund prospectuses present new investment committee.
