OREANDA-NEWS. October 3, 2011. The Marketing & Economic Operations Department of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) increased export of petroleum products by 19.87% this September versus August when the figure reached 124,898 tons.

The SOCAR reports that price of motor petrol made up USD 994.17, aviation fuel USD 983.28, diesel fuel USD 925.1, and black oil USD 642.98 per ton in September 2011.

According to the SOCAR, overall export of Azeri oil products totaled 149,725 tons in September and 1.089 million tons for Jan-Sept 2011 versus 1.846 million tons in 2010.

In 2009 maximum export was registered in February (206,468 tons) and in 2008 in October (343,742 tons).

In 2009 overall export of petroleum products made up 1.968 million tons versus 2.58 million tons over 2008.

In 2010 this export made up 93.8 % of the 2009 volume.
