OREANDA-NEWS. October 3, 2011. Dmitry Medvedev held a meeting with Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoys to the Federal Districts on the housing and utilities sector’s preparations for the winter season.

The President instructed the presidential envoys to keep close watch on the situation in regions where the housing and utilities sector looks less well prepared for the upcoming winter.

Also discussed at the meeting were breaches of the laws regulating management of apartment buildings, and energy saving and efficiency in the housing and utilities sector.
