OREANDA-NEWS. October 03, 2011. TATNEFT was named among the winners of the competition by the results of the Republican round of the All-Russian contest "Russian organization of high social efficiency", reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

The Company won first places in nominations "For the development of social partnership in the production sector organizations" and "For participation in solving social problems of the territories and development of corporate philanthropy." TATNEFT was ranking number two in the nomination "For the development of human resources in the production sector organizations".

The second place was also awarded to "Almetyevneft" Oil and Gas Production Board, which is a structural division of the Company, in the nomination "For the reduction of occupational accidents and occupational diseases in the production sector organizations."

The winners were determined in 11 nominations this year. The deserved rewards to the managers of enterprises and organizations were presented by Airat Shafigullin, Minister of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Republic of Tatarstan, Midhat Shagiakhmetov, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, Alexander Lavrentyev, President of the Regional Association of Employers "Association of Enterprises and Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan" and Tatyana Vodopyanova, Chairman of the Trade Unions Federation of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The contest has been held annually since 2000 and it allows identification of the organization achieving high results in solving social problems and draws public attention to solving relevant problems at the level of the organizations, contributes to the extension and promotion of good practices in this area and the development of social partnership.
