The forum, held on 19 - 23 September 2011 in Toronto, Canada, traditionally hosted several thousand participants - representatives of major banks, financial institutions and corporations, as well as developers and suppliers of equipment and solutions for the global financial industry.

The financial industry-wide issues were on the agenda including the international financial markets situation and ways of its developing, national and cross-border payments improving, capital and investment flows movement, the banks and major corporations interaction, new financial services extension, etc.
