OREANDA-NEWS. September 29, 2011. The Azerbaijan Ministry of Finance has released a forecast of implementation of the Law on State Budget 2011.

Today in Baku deputy finance minister Azer Bayramov has said that there are no special problems with the execution of budget projections for 2011.

"Revenues are expected to exceed the forecast, and expenditure items cannot be implemented by 100%. It is also possible that the budget will be met without a deficit," Bayramov said.

Last year, the budget was also implemented with technical net surplus.

Budget 2011 revenues were fixed in the amount of 15.55 bn manat and expenditures 15.9 bn manat. The planned deficit limit of 387 million manat was not to exceed 0.9% of expected GDP.
