DIXY Group (RTS, MICEX: DIXY) - one of Russia's leading retailers of foods and everyday products - has announced DIXY Group pro-forma revenue growth of 21.5% in Russian rubles (28.4% in USD) for the eight months of 2011 over the same period last year and pro-forma revenue growth for August 2011 by 18.8% in Russian rubles (25.3% in US dollars). Consolidated revenue (including Victoria Group revenue from the acquisition date on 15 June 2011) has increased by 43.4% in RUR (51.6% in USD) for the eight months of 2011 over the same period last year, while consolidated revenue for August 2011 increased by 87.6% in Russian rubles (97.9% in US dollars).

For the eight months of 2011 the combined company opened 130 stores with 994 stores under operation as of 31 August 2011, including 949 neighborhood stores, 28 supermarkets, 16 compact hypermarkets and 1 cash&carry store.

DIXY Group total pro-forma revenue

DIXY Group total pro-forma revenue for the eight months of 2011 increased by 21.5% in RUR (28.4% in USD) and amounted to 78.3 billion RUR (2.7 billion USD). Total pro-forma revenue for August of 2011 increased by 18.8% in RUR (25.3% in USD) and amounted to 9.6 billion RUR (334 million USD).

DIXY Group total consolidated revenue

DIXY Group total consolidated revenue (including Victoria Group revenue from the acquisition date on 15 June 2011) for the eight months of 2011 increased by 43.4% in RUR (51.6% in USD) over the same period last year and amounted to 58.8 billion RUR (2.1 billion USD). DIXY Group total consolidated revenue for August of 2011 increased by 87.6% in RUR (97.9% in USD) over the same period last year and amounted to 9.6 billion RUR (334 million USD).

1.         DIXY Group pro-forma revenue by format

For the eight months of 2011 over the same period of 2010:

•           Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 24.0% in RUR (31.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 61.5 billion (USD 2.2 billion).

•           DIXY stores retail revenue increased by 25.4% in RUR (32.5% in USD) and amounted to RUR 43.4 billion (USD 1.5 billion).

•           Retail revenue from Kvartal/Deshevo/Semeynaya Kopilka stores increased by 20.8% in RUR (27.7% in USD) and amounted to RUR 18.0 billion (USD 632 million).

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 14.4% in RUR (20.9% in USD) and amounted to RUR 10.2 billion (USD 358 million).

•           Retail revenue from Victoria supermarkets increased by 15.0% in RUR (21.6% in USD) and amounted to RUR 8.6 billion (USD 302 million).

•           Retail revenue from MINIMART supermarkets increased by 10.9% in RUR (17.3% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.6 billion (USD 55.5 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format (MEGAMART stores) increased by 11.9% in RUR (18.3% in USD) and amounted to RUR 5.2 billion (USD 182 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store CASH increased by 4.9% in RUR (10.9% in USD) and amounted to RUR 625 million (USD 22 million).

•           Pro-forma revenue from other DIXY Group activities, such as sublease income and wholesale revenue, increased by 10.5% in RUR (16.8% in USD) and amounted to RUR 804 million (USD 28 million).

For August of 2011 over the same period of 2010:

•           Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 20.9% in RUR (27.5% in USD) and amounted to RUR 7.5 billion (USD 261 million).

•           DIXY stores retail revenue increased by 29.1% in RUR (36.2% in USD) and amounted to RUR 5.6 billion (USD 194 million).

•           Retail revenue from Kvartal/Deshevo/Semeynaya Kopilka neighborhood stores increased by 2.3% in RUR (7.9% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1,9 billion (USD 67 million).

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 11.9% in RUR (18.1% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.2 billion (USD 43 million).

•           Retail revenue from Victoria supermarkets increased by 11.9% in RUR (18.0% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.0 billion (USD 36 million).

•           Retail revenue from MINIMART supermarkets increased by 12.4% in RUR (18.5% in USD) and amounted to RUR 199 million (USD 7 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format (MEGAMART stores) increased by 14.6% in RUR (20.8% in USD) and amounted to RUR 677.0 billion (USD 24.5 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store CASH decreased by 4.0% in RUR (increased by 1.2% in USD) and amounted to RUR 77.9 million (USD 2.7 million).

•           Retail revenue from other DIXY Group activities, such as sublease income and wholesale revenue, increased by 7.3% in RUR (13.2% in USD) and amounted to RUR 100 million (USD 3.5 million).

2.         DIXY Group consolidated revenue by format (including Victoria Group revenue from the

acquisition date on 15 June 2011)

For the eight months of 2011 over the same period of last year:

•           Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 40.7% in RUR (48.7% in USD) and amounted to RUR 48.7 billion (USD 1.7 billion).

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 194.1% in RUR (210.9% in USD) and amounted to RUR 4.2 billion (USD 147 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format increased by 11.9% in RUR (18.3% in USD) and amounted to RUR 5.2 billion (USD 182 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store CASH (consolidated only in 2011) amounted to RUR 180.5 million (USD 6.3 million).

•           Consolidated revenue from other DIXY Group activities, such as sublease income and wholesale revenue, increased by 79.5% in RUR (89.8% in USD) and amounted to RUR 471 million (USD 16.5 million).

For August of 2011 over the same period of last year:

•           Retail revenue from neighborhood store format increased by 73.9% in RUR (83.4% in USD) and amounted to RUR 7.5 billion (USD 261 million).

•           Retail revenue from supermarket format increased by 600.2% in RUR (638.4% in USD) and amounted to RUR 1.2 billion (USD 43 million).

•           Retail revenue from hypermarket format increased by 14.6% in RUR (20.8% in USD) and amounted to RUR 677 million (USD 23.5 million).

•           Retail revenue from cash&carry store CASH (consolidated only in 2011) amounted to RUR 78 million (USD 2.7 million).

•           Consolidated revenue from other DIXY Group activities, such as sublease income and wholesale revenue, increased by 211.8% in RUR (228.9% in USD) and amounted to RUR 100,1 million (USD 3,5 million).
