The changes include:

Optimizations aimed at a reduction of the round trip time for users’ commands.

Implementation of the flood control.

The possibility to obtain FIX logins with a larger capacity compared to the currently available (30 transactions per second).

For the command "Order Cancel / Replace Request" it will be mandatory to send the "OrdType" field.
