OREANDA-NEWS. September 29, 2011. By Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission decision, to the KASE official list third category were admitted common shares KZ1C00100012 (ISIN - KZ1C00000660) of Insurance Company Alliance Police (Almaty), reported the press-centre of KASE.

The date of effect of the Listing Commission decision will be announced later after the issuer fulfills terms of item 1 of article 18 of the KASE internal document "Listing Rules".

Opening of trades on KASE in mentioned bonds date will also be announced later.

The authorized shares issue of Insurance Company Alliance Police is registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations on August 21, 2007 and is divided into 600,000 common shares, whish were assigned the national identification number KZ1C00100012. The issue is included to the State Serial Securities Register under number А0010. As of July 1, 2011 have been offered 270,481 mentioned shares.

Delta Bank (Almaty) is Insurance Company Alliance Police financial advisor.

Registrator Serde (Almaty) is Insurance Company Alliance Police registrar.

The mentioned shares have been assigned the abbreviation (ticker) ASPL.
