FAS Suspects Violations of Law on Market of Chlorinated Paraffin Wax
OREANDA-NEWS. September 29, 2011. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) initiated a case against “Caustic” OJSC (of Volgograd), “Khimprom” OJSC (Novocheboksarsk, the Republic of Chuvashia), “Khimprom” OJSC (of Volgograd), “Rus Trade” Ltd. (Moscow) and”Volgogradpolimersbyt” Ltd. (of Volgograd) upon the signs of violating Clauses 1 and 3 Part 1 Article 11 of the Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.
In course of unscheduled on-site inspections FAS exposed the signs of an agreement that had resulted in fixing prices and dividing the market of wholesale sale of chlorinated paraffin wax according to the sales volumes and categories of buyers.
